With over 30 years of experience in personal training, we are exceptionally knowledgeable trainers with the capability and expertise to enable you to reach your personal goals. From fitness and weight, to bodybuilding or simply just getting into shape, Bruce’s Gym and Sweatbox is the perfect environment for you to achieve this.

We offer a variety of services to my members, from personal training or boxing, to sports massages or simply just an environment to safely train as an individual. No matter what your reason for walking in, you can be sure this is the place for you. Monthly membership for new members start at £25 monthly or £200 annually.
